To secure your appointment with our professional hair color experts in Reading, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. Kindly review the cancellation policy below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Whether you're visiting us for bridal hairstyling in Reading MA or any of our signature services, please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Some services may not be extended based on late arrivals, which means that your appointment will end at its scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. We understand that this is not always possible, but we appreciate your effort to give us as much time as possible to book that time for someone else. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% no show fee.

Major Credit Cards Accepted

If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellation or missed appointments without 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Gratuities

If you wish to show appreciation to your service provider, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit cards.
